All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mai with delivery confirmation at the rate based on the total purchase amount (after 5% VA tax):
Up to $50: $4.05
$50 to $100: $8.10
Refunds.....
Although all personalized items are not refundable, please e-mail us at customerservice@www.gracecreativegiftstudio.com within 5 days of receipt of order. We will make every effort to correct the problem within a timely manner. Prices in effect at time of purchase are final. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
